单元引入:
西餐头盘(starter)是西餐的第一道菜,也称为开胃品。西餐头盘一般有冷头盘和热头盘之分,常见的品种有鱼子酱、鹅肝酱、熏鲑鱼、鸡尾杯、奶油鸡酥盒、?h蜗牛等。因为是要开胃,所以开胃菜一般都有特色风味,味道以咸和酸为主,而且数量少,质量较高。本单元同学们将重点学习魔鬼蛋、香煎鹅肝和酿鲜鱿这三个菜品。
学习目标:
*能识别制作西餐头盘的常用原料和设备、烹饪方法等相关词汇以及制作步骤的英文表述句型;
