杨兴坤,重庆开县人,管理学博士,北京建筑大学城市经济与管理学院教授,硕士生导师,经管学院党委委员,中国人民大学危机管理研究中心、中国人民大学政府管理与改革研究中心研究员,紧急救援职业技能培训专家,全国网络舆情考试管理中心专家委员会委员,全国网络舆情分析师、网络舆情管理师培训专家。主要研究领域:公共危机管理、网络舆情管理、公共管理理论与改革、行政改革、人力资源管理、紧急救援。著有《公务员工作生活质量研究》《大部制:雏形、发展与完善》《网络舆情研判与应对》《工程事故治理与工程危机管理》《中国安全生产现状与管理策略》《舆情引导与危机处理》《网络舆情:监测、预警与引导》等专著。近年来在《中国行政管理》《领导科学》《探索》《北京行政学院学报》《天津行政学院学报》和Public Personnel Management等核心期刊发表学术论文九十余篇,主持省部级课题两项,参与行政改革、危机管理、机构改革等十余项省部级重大课题。
