当前,国家、区域、产业等尺度内部及尺度之间的经济关联日趋复杂,引发越来越多“看不见”的水资源流转其中。本书提出了一整套水资源多尺度核算分析理论框架,对不同尺度经济和工程中“看得见”和“看不见”的水资源使用进行了深入分析。本书提出了体现水投入产出模拟方法,以世界经济、中国经济和北京经济为例探讨了如何辨析国际贸易、国内贸易中隐含的水转移及产业间的水关联,基于体现水强度数据库提出了体现水系统核算方法,选取典型的可再生能源工程和污水处理工程开展了案例研究,针对不同尺度的研究对象提出了水资源管理建议,包括如何运用科学数据应对国际舆论等。

關於作者: |
邵玲,北京大学理学博士,中国地质大学(北京)经济管理学院副教授、博士生导师。主要从事生态经济学研究,发表论文40余篇。主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目和北京市社科基金青年项目等。任中国地质大学(北京)自然资源战略发展研究院碳中和研究中心副主任、中国系统工程学会生态环境系统工程专委会委员、中国自然资源学会资源经济研究专委会委员。伍梓,北京大学理学博士,清华大学水利系副教授、博士生导师。主要从事水沙、水环境、水生态领域研究,发表论文60余篇。任Water Resources Research等3个国际学术期刊副主编、中国系统工程学会生态环境系统工程专委会副秘书长、中国水利学会青年科技工作委员会委员。主持国家重点研发计划项目课题、子课题及国家自然科学基金面上项目等。
