2024 年，世界旅游联盟携手中国国际减贫中心，依托世界旅游联盟会员单位及中国各省级文化和旅游部门等渠道，广泛搜集到一批优秀案例，根据可持续性、可复制性、可量化、创新性、材料的完整性和积极的社会影响等标准，经专家评选后，最终遴选出 50 个典型案例。这些案例展示了旅游业在推动案例所在地脱贫致富、促进创业就业、提升居民生活质量，以及促进地方经济发展方面的突出贡献。In 2024， the World Tourism Alliance， in collaboration with the International Poverty Reduction Center in China， leveraged the channels of member organizations and provincial cultural and tourism departments across China to gather a range of outstanding cases. Based on criteria including sustainability， replicability， quantifiability， originality， material integrity， and positive social impact， these cases underwent rigorous evaluation by experts， ultimately resulting in the selection of 50 exemplary cases. These cases demonstrate the significant contributions of tourism in fostering poverty eradication and prosperity， promoting entrepreneurship and employment， enhancing residents’ quality of life， and accelerating local economic development in their respective locations.

中国在 2021 年就已经完成了消除绝对贫困的艰巨任务，成为世界上率先完成联合国千年发展目标中减贫目标的国家。旅游在消除绝对贫困中发挥了积极作用，从旅游促进减贫到旅游助力乡村振兴，有很多案例经验值得总结提炼，供大家学习参考。 世界旅游联盟作为旅游减贫事业的倡导者和推动者，一直将“旅游促进减贫”视为自身发展的 重要使命之一。自 2018 年以来，世界旅游联盟联合世界银行、中国国际减贫中心等单位，连续发布了三期《世界旅游联盟旅游减贫案例》、三期《世界旅游联盟旅游助力乡村振兴案例》，累计收录了两百多个全球旅游减贫和旅游助力乡村振兴经典案例，为减贫和乡村振兴事业贡献了范例、传播了经验。同时，联盟以典型案例为蓝本，联合中央广播电视总台连续拍摄了四季微纪录片《旅游让世界和生活更美好》，以更加生动、立体的视角展示了乡村建设新成就、乡村旅游新面貌，在国内外获得了广泛关注和高度评价。 六年来，世界旅游联盟不仅为那些成功通过发展旅游业摆脱贫困的乡村感到高兴，也为联盟在旅游减贫、乡村振兴方面的工作能够影响到更多的乡村而感到欣慰。2024 年，中国继续奋力推进乡村由脱贫向振兴的有效转变。为继续发挥典型案例的示范效应，总结出更多可供借鉴的旅游助力乡村振兴发展路径，世界旅游联盟继续联合中国国际减贫中心，向中国各省级文化和旅游主管部门、联盟会员单位广泛征集相关案例，依据可持续性、可复制性、可量化、创新性、材料的完整性和积极的社会影响等标准，最终遴选出 50 个典型案例，汇编成《2024 世界旅游联盟：旅游助力乡村振兴案例（中英文双语版）》。 我们不忘初心，坚持做全球旅游减贫事业的倡导者和推动者；我们满怀信心，坚信旅游的力量将为更多的乡村带来振兴的希望。让我们并肩同行，共同创造“旅游让世界和生活更美好”的未来。In 2021， China has already accomplished the arduous task of eradicating absolute poverty and become the first country in the world to achieve the poverty reduction target of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals， in which tourism played an active role. From poverty alleviation through tourism to rural revitalization through tourism， many cases and practices in the country are worth studying for the reference of the rest of the world.As an advocate and promoter of the role of tourism in poverty alleviation， the World Tourism Alliance (WTA) has always regarded “poverty alleviation through tourism” as one of its missions. Since 2018， together with the World Bank and the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC)， it has released three consecutive issues of WTA Best Practices of Poverty Alleviation through Tourism and another three of WTA Best Practices of Rural Revitalization through Tourism， including more than 200 global best practices of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization through tourism， to share models and experience in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Based on these practices， the WTA also co-produced with China Global Television Network (CGTN) a four-season mini-documentary series titled Better Tourism， Better Life， Better World， to present the latest rural developments and the new look of rural tourism in a more vivid and three？dimensional way， which has received wide attention and high praise at home and abroad.The WTA is pleased to see so many villages emerge from poverty through tourism development and many more benefit from its hard work in poverty reduction and rural revitalization through tourism over the past six years. In 2024， China is striving to effectively shift the focus of its rural work from poverty alleviation to revitalization. To continue to leverage the demonstration effect of typical cases and find more paths toward rural revitalization and development through tourism that are worth learning， the WTA and the IPRCC again solicited relevant practices from provincial culture and tourism authorities and WTA members in China. Then as per the criteria of sustainability， replicability， quantifiability， originality， material integrity， and positive social impact， 50 of them were finally selected and formed this WTA Best Practices of Rural Revitalization through Tourism 2024. Remaining true to our founding mission， the WTA has been a staunch advocate and promoter of global poverty alleviation through tourism. We are confident that a strong tourism industry will bring hope of revitalization to more villages. Let’s work together to create a future of “Better Tourism， Better Life， Better World”.
