植物生理学是研究植物生命活动规律、揭示植物生命现象本质的一门学科。植
物生理学是农学、园艺、植物保护、种子科学与工程、设施农业科学与工程、植物科
学与技术、园林等涉农专业的专业基础课程。植物生理学实验是该课程重要的实践性
教学环节,通过实验操作能进一步加深学生对理论知识的理解,提高学生动手实践能
力,将理论和实践有机结合,为解决农业生产实际问题奠定良好的基础。
《植物生理学实验实训综合教程》主要包括植物种子的萌发、水分代谢、矿质元
素缺乏对植物生命活动的影响、植物光合性能的评价、植物碳氮代谢、植物生长物质
的生理效应及其对植物生长发育的影响、植物组织培养、植物逆境生理等内容,一共
9章。本书基本上涵盖了植物生理学所有的章节内容,且充分考虑各章节的重点、难
点,为我们进一步理解和巩固相关理论知识提供了帮助。
本书非常注重理论教学和实践应用的深度结合,由潍坊学院、山东农业工程学
院、潍坊职业学院和山东省农业技术推广中心4家单位合作完成,既有本科高校和高
职院校的教师,也有从事农业技术推广的一线工作人员,他们从不同的专业角度来合
理安排实验内容,通过简单易做的植物实验来验证复杂微观的科学知识,启发大家去
探索植物生长的内在规律,以此提高作物生产潜力。
