《民航无线电陆空通话》以国际民航组织9432文件(Manual of Radiotelephony)和9835文件(Manual on the Implementation of ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements)为蓝本，以中国民航局空管局近期新编修的《空中交通无线电通话用语》为依据编写。本教材包括9个单元，共21课，内容贯穿实际空中管制与飞行工作的各方面，以国际民航组织和国内的有关文件和资料为背景，以国内外近期新使用的各种常规通话用语和非正常情况下的紧急处置通话用语为主要内容，通过大量系统性的句型、对话、术语的学习以及口头和书面的训练，以达到使学员熟练掌握和运用无线电陆空通话用语的目的。
本教材根据我国空中管制和飞行运行的特点，紧扣我国国情，并纳入国际通话程序的近期新要求和特点，教材内容具有较强的代表性、时效性和实用性，可作为空管和等
