本书英文版由德国施普林格(Springer)公司于2018 年出版,英国、德国、美国等20 多个国家的权威专家参与撰写。本书由国内众多从事胶黏剂研究、生产和应用的20 多位专家参与翻译。 本书是粘接科技领域一部重要的经典工具书,较为详细地介绍了粘接基础科学——物理、化学和材料科学、粘接工程特点、特殊工程应用等。全书内容分10 部分,包括粘接理论、表面处理、胶黏剂和密封胶材料、粘接性能测试、接头设计、耐久性、粘接施工、质量控制、应用和新兴领域。其中,对航天工业、汽车工业、轨道交通工业、船舶工业、土木建筑、电子工业、制鞋工业和石油工业等领域胶黏剂的应用做了比较深入的介绍,对生 物胶黏剂、仿生胶黏剂、纳米微粒改性胶黏剂、牙科胶黏剂、外科用胶黏剂等在新兴领域的应用和发展也做了介绍。 本书的出版为缩短我国成为胶黏剂强国的艰难历程提供了理论基础和技术支撑,对我国鉴借国外先进的理论研究、技术开发和高端应用技术,推动我国胶黏剂行业向高水平发展具有十分重要的意义。
關於作者:
卢卡斯?菲利佩?马丁斯?达席尔瓦(Lucas F. M. Da Silva),葡萄牙波尔图(Porto)大学机械学院机械工程系的副教授,任机械工程系的本科硕士连读项目部主任。于2004 年在英国布里斯托(Bristol)大学获得复合材料粘接科学方向的博士学位。他带领由博士后、博士、硕士组成的胶黏剂研究团队,已发表粘接接头机械方面的ISI 论著206 篇(包括174 篇论文,32 篇编著)、专著23 篇(包括9 篇是作者,14 篇是编著)。论文被引用4690 次,引用指数37(SCOPUS,06/02/2018)。其中一篇论文获得SAGE 最佳论文奖和Donald Julius Groen Prize2010(两个奖项由机械学院授予)。他于2013 年和2018 年先后被波尔图大学机械学院授予科学优秀奖。他是《胶黏剂》期刊、《机械工程师学会论文集(会刊)》“L 部分材料期刊:设计与应用”(Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers,Part L: Journal of Materials: Design andApplications)和《波尔图大学工程学报》的首席主编。他是施普林格公司出版的《先进结构材料》系列图书和《应用科学与技术简介:计算力学》期刊的编辑之一,他还是《国际粘接和胶黏剂》期刊(International Journal of Adhesion and Adhesives)和《粘接科学与技术》期刊(Journal of Adhesion Science and Technology)编委会成员,是60 个ISI期刊的审稿人。东莞市成铭热熔胶博物馆是中国首家热熔胶博物馆,是由东莞市成铭胶粘剂有限公司投资建设的公益项目。建设博物馆的目的:书写中国热熔胶发展历史,梳理中国热熔胶行业发展现状,展示热熔胶产品、原材料、生产工艺、施胶工具与设备、检测检验、应用领域、文献理论,普及热熔胶知识,为热熔胶行业,为从事热熔胶经营的相关人士,为热熔胶研究者、为化工院校的师生,提供一个集中、全面、系统、形象地了解中国热熔胶行业的平台。展示了350余件关于热熔胶行业相关的展品,得到了中国胶粘剂与胶粘带工业协会、中国热熔胶专业委员会、生活用纸委员会、中国汽车协会、浙江粘接学会、《粘接》、《中国胶粘剂信息》、《中国胶粘剂》、《化学与粘合》、《生活用纸》、《卫生用品产业》等行业协会与媒体的支持。
