《石窟寺研究》是我国在石窟寺考古、寺院遗址考古、佛教艺术及石窟保护科技领域的**本全国性专业出版物，由中国古迹遗址保护协会石窟专业委员会和龙门石窟研究院合办。2010年至2020年，每年发行一辑，共出版十辑；自2021年起，改为每年发行两辑。我们本着“百花齐放、百家争鸣”方针，以出版研究石窟寺领域的最新学术成果为己任，为全国石窟单位、相关科研院所和高等院校、国内外专家学者的全面沟通与交流搭建良好平台，以期推动石窟寺学术研究工作，促进全国石窟文物保护事业的繁荣和发展。
