这些年来，信息技术突飞猛进，在云计算、大数据和人工智能等方面发展得越来越快。即使在前一版的文章中已经涉及的一些技术，由于有了进一步的发展，也有必要将其内容做出及时的更新。本书改动内容如下。 （1） 每一个单元“读与译”（Reading and Translating）中的文章，大部分都进行了更换。 （2） 每一个单元“模拟写作”（Simulated Writing）中的文章，几乎全部进行了更换，并且用中文来阐述。 （3） 每一个单元“听与说”（Listening and Speaking）中的文章，有一半进行了更换。 （4） 个别单元的题目略有改动。 （5） 每一个单元的练习题都有所改动。 希望通过这样的修改之后，教师和学生更喜欢本书；
