本书是为适应我国高等工程教育教学改革,加强对学生工程实践能力、工程素质和创新思维的培养,根据教育部普通高等学校生产实习教学的基本要求,结合“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的实施及“工程教育专业认证”的需求,在认真总结多年生产实习教学经验的基础上,结合科技发展、工业企业的生产实际编写而成的。
本书取材于我国工业重镇、千年古都洛阳的工业企业,针对性强。本书在内容安排上,紧扣工业企业生产现场,突出并融合了工程技术领域应用较多的新材料、新工艺、新设备和新技术;理论阐述上,力求少而精,突出重点的同时注重典型性和系统性,注重理论知识在工业企业生产中的应用。书中全面采用现行国家标准的计量单位、名词术语、材料牌号等,力求做到简明扼要、内容实用、图文并茂、便于自学 , 强调对学生工程实践能力、工程素质、创新思维的培养。
本书由西安建筑科技大学、洛阳东方教育科技有限公司联合组织编写,蔡安江、张丽和阮晓光担任主编。西安建筑科技大学蔡安江编写第三章的、二、五节以及第七章,阮晓光编写第八章、第九章、第十章,郭师虹编写第五章、第十一章、第十三章,林红编写第四章、第六章,李冀编写第三章的第三、四节;洛阳东方教育科技有限公司张丽、靳夏元琛编写章;西安航空学院蔡其聪编写第二章、第十二章。蔡安江负责全书的统稿、定稿,郭师虹负责书中图形的计算机绘制、处理,蔡安江、阮晓光负责校稿。
