本书以埃及鲁班工坊为背景,以鲁班工坊设备为载体,以培养高级技能型人才为目标,在注重基础理论教育的同时,突出实践性教育环节,力图做到深入浅出,便于教学,突出高等职业教育的特点,适合高职高专工科学生使用,也适合埃及艾因夏姆斯大学使用。
数控机床是以数字运算为核心,执行程序代码,计算机统一各部件协调工作,来加工零件的冷加工设备,是智能制造的核心技术。主要应用于IT、汽车、轻工、医疗、航空等行业,是高速、高精、高可靠性的机械加工设备。
数控机床的安装调试主要是数控系统的安装调试和机械结构的精度检测与调整,本书讲述了数控系统的连接、机床电路、PMC调试、系统参数设定和机床的精度检测的内容。
全书共分六个项目,由天津轻工职业技术学院教学团队集体编写。项目一、项目三和项目四由韩志国编写;项目五和项目六由高红宇编写;项目二由王同庆编写,并且根据埃及职业教育的实际情况,负责对教材内容进行合理调整。天津轻工职业技术学院教师王娟、王丹阳、郭世杰、李晓彤参与了本书的翻译工作。

CNC machine tool is cold processing equipment that processes parts by executing program codes based on the digital operation and coordinating the work of each corresponding unit by computers.As a core technology of intelligent manufacturing,this mechanical processing equipment is mainly used in industries such as IT,automotive,light industry,medical,aviation with high-speed,high accuracy and high reliability.
The installation and debugging of CNC machine tool is mainly about the installation and debugging of CNC system and the accuracy test and adjustment of mechanical structure.This book describes the connection of CNC system,CNC machine tool circuit,PMC debugging,system parameter settings and accuracy test of machine tools.
There are six projects included in the book.Project One,Project Three and Project Four were written by Zhiguo Han,Project Five and Project Six were written by Hongyu Gao,and Project Two was written by Tongqing Wang.Two Egyptian teachers,MOHAMED AHMED AWAD ELSHAHAT and MOHAMMED IBRAHIM MOHAMMED HASSAH AWAD,took part in the rationalization of the content of the textbook combined with the actual situation in Egypt.Teachers of Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College,Juan Wang,Danyang Wang,Shijie Guo and Xiaotong Li,participated in the translation work of this book.
