关键用法
打电话时，如果是询问对方的身份，要用Is this...speaking，而不用Are you... 。如果是表述说话人自己的身份， 则要用This is...speaking，而不用I''m...。

表示恭喜你，通常用Congratulations.来简略表达，也可以用Congratulations on... 或是...offer give one''s congratulations to sb来表达。如果用动词congratulate，则通常用作congratulate sb on sth。
