陈忠孝,男,西安工业大学电信学院,教授,硕士生导师,兼任陕西省自动化学会理事,从事电气工程和自动化方面教学和科研工作。 主要讲授课程7门;负责省级教学质量工程2项;负责和参加完成了教研项目5项;负责和参加完成了电气工程设计项目近20项;负责和参加完成了科研项目20余项;第一作者发表论文60余篇;授权专利近10项。 主编的《单片机原理与应用》教材获第三届中国大学出版社图书奖优秀教材二等奖

近年来,电气工程及其自动化方面的技术发展迅速,特别是在特高压、微电网、新能源发电、电力系统的自动化和智能化、设备的大容量和小型化及智能化、节能环保等方面得到了较大发展。我国在电气传动、大型风力发电、光伏发电、水力发电、核电等清洁能源利用方面成绩显著,特高压交、直流输电技术和建设处于世界领先地位,微电网技术和建设取得长足发展,全球能源互联网的建设也进入快车道,各行各业安全、高效、合理、环保使用电能的水平大幅提高,大大促进了我国能源产业的发展和保障作用,为可持续发展奠定了良好基础。 电气工程及其自动化专业所涉及的内容非常广泛,本书是在《电气工程设计讲义》基础上,仅就应用最多的电气传动系统、高层建筑电气工程、变电站电气工程、PLC电气控制系统四个方面的电气设计进行讲述。每篇讲述方法的侧重点不同,各有特点,融入了编者的工程实践经验。 本书由西安工业大学的老师编写,陈忠孝担任主编并负责统稿,高雅、张立广、任晶鼎、苗荣霞参与编写。其中第1~5章由高雅编写,第6、7章由张立广编写,第8~12章由陈忠孝编写,第 13~19 章由任晶鼎编写,第 20、21 章由苗荣霞编写。第 1~7 章,20、21 章由西安工业大学谭宝成教授审定,第 8~19 章由中国建筑西北设计研究院有限公司杜乐高级工程师(教授级)审定。 限于编者水平,加之时间仓促,难免存在不足之处,恳请广大读者批评指正。
