I. Writing Requirements
通知启示(Notices)是指某单位或某个人向公众或某一特定群体说明、传达某种信息时采用的一种写作形式,这种文体具有简洁、直接的特点,一般出现在宣传栏等公共场所。重要事宜还会在报刊、广播、电视、网络等媒体上做更大范围、更有影响力的宣传。通知启示按照发布形式分为布告式和书信式两种形式。布告式通知通常一段话包括了时间、地点、人员、事项、要求等内容。书信式通知是以信函的形式书写,包括称呼、正文、落款等要素。
公告(Announcements)是一种日常生活和工作中常见的应用文,是上级对下级、单位、组织或团体对所属成员安排工作、传达信息、召开会议时所采用的一种书面文字形式。
通知与公告一般包括以下几方面的内容:
1.标题:通知与公告用Notice Announcements作标题,为了醒目,标题有时常常大写,如NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENTS。
2.正文:正文中应包括通知与公告提及的活动时间、地点、内容和参加活动的人员及相关要求。一般采用第三人称,多用被动语句。书信式通知正文前面有称呼语,则使用第二人称称呼通知对象。
3.落款:正文之后的落款包括发出通知的日期和单位名称。日期也可以位于正文的右上方,单位名称写在正文的右下角。
