《大学英语阅读教程》与“新思路大学英语”这一系列的其他教材（包括基础教程、读写译教程和视听说教程）配合使用，共四册。本书按照新颁布的四六级考试新题型要求，从历史地理、文化、科普、故事、社会等类别精选本书的阅读材料，力图使学生对大学英语四、六级的阅读材料有全面深入的了解。材料的选择和难度严格按照依据教育部颁发《大学英语教学大纲》一级的要求，遵循理论与实践相结合的原则，讲练结合，分为两大部分：（1）阅读技巧讲解；（2）阅读综合技能训练。本书是第三册第三版。

何玲，广西师大漓江学院外语系主任，副教授，教育学硕士，研究方向为英语课程与教学论。主持区级项目1项，院级5项；发表论文15篇，其中核心期刊5篇；主编教材3部，参编4部；负责漓江学院外语系教学、科研工作。
