在农历丁酉年岁末,《外语教育》(2016年精粹)终于与读者见面了,我们倍感欣慰,这是学术专家、论文作者、编审人员和印刷单位共同努力的结果,在此一并感谢!本期《外语教育》主要刊载的是第7届自主学习国际会议论文。第7届自主学习国际会议2016年11月56日在华中科技大学外国语学院举行,该会议由国际自主学习协会主办,华中科技大学外语教育研究中心承办。来自海内外的200多名专家、学者就语言学习中的自主相关理论和应用问题进行了交流。大会邀请了来自香港大学的Andy Gao教授、日本冈山大学的Garold Murray教授、新西兰奥克兰大学的Lawrence Jun Zhang教授、澳大利亚麦考瑞大学的Phil Benson教授、阿联酋沙迦美利坚大学的Sara Cotterall教授做了主旨报告。大会共收到论文稿件100余篇,经专家审稿,录用论文23篇收入本期。所收会议论文主要涉及如下主题:课堂自主学习能力培养、自主学习相关测试、合作学习和自主学习策略及方式、现代技术支持下的自主学习研究、自主学习的认知心理和情感分析等方面。录用论文有现代理论指导,以实证研究为主,研究结果对于课内外的自主学习有实际指导意义,将有利于促进国内外自主学习研究的发展。另外,为了延续本刊一贯的栏目特色,本期设置了外语教育栏目,收录论文5篇,内容涉及二语习得、文学、文化、翻译等方面。 《认知语言学视阈下的英语词汇教学探索》属于二语习得方向,是本刊的重点刊载方向;《中国大学生个人主义文化价值观调查以华中科技大学为例》属于文化研究范畴,是本刊着力培育的栏目;《中式菜名的文化意蕴及翻译策略》和《21世纪以来中国中长篇小说英译的现状、趋势及建议》两篇论文保持了本刊翻译研究的特色;《叙事时间照射下的殖民悲歌:论〈野草在歌唱〉的叙事时间艺术》属于文学领域,是本刊将继续支持的方向。本刊自2007年成为中国学术期刊网网络出版总库收录刊物以来,不断提高办刊质量,所刊发的论文检索量逐年增加。我们期待国内外同行、专家和学者继续关注和支持《外语教育》,不吝赐稿,共同把《外语教育》打造成一份高质量、有特色的语言学刊物。
