张礼,天津机电职业技术学院,教研室主任 讲师,在从事教学工作中,掌握了系统而坚实的专业理论知识,努力学习教育理论和教学方法,吸收新的教育思想和教学理念,积极探索基于工作过程的工学结合教学模式。有序开展教学活动,努力使各层次学生都有不同程度的发展。针对本专业的课程特点大力推行和采用项目教学法,应用现代化教学方法和手段。积极制作多媒体课件,充分运用现代信息技术,为专业教学注入新的活力。 曾多次参加、指导国家及省市职业院校技能大赛。为参赛队员创造了良好的学习氛围,提供了优质高效的服务,并取得了较好的效果。本人参赛共取得国家三等奖2次,指导9名学生参赛共取得国家二等奖4次、省市级一等奖2次。

为扩大与沿线国家的职业教育合作,贯彻落实天津市启动实施的将优秀职业教育成果输出国门与世界分享计划的要求,职业教育作为与制造业联系最紧密的一种教育形式,正在发挥着举足轻重的作用。根据共建鲁班工坊的合作意向,首批印度来华培训教师在天津参加了印度鲁班工坊EPIP师资研修班并开展了为期一个月的师资培训。在印度建立的鲁班工坊促进了中国和印度职业教育交流,共同培养服务印度当地经济发展的应用型技术技能人才,实现优质资源共享。为了配合印度鲁班工坊的理论和实训教学,开展交流与合作,提高中国职业教育的国际影响力,创新职业院校国际合作模式,输出我国职业教育优秀资源,课题组编写了《3D扫描与模型重建》。
本教材采用项目导向、任务驱动的理念,构建3D扫描与模型重建技术基础知识与实际操作实训相结合的课程内容。项目一逆向工程数据采集技术由6个任务组成,着重对逆向工程的工作流程与扫描软件系统的使用,以及对相机参数调整、扫描系统标定和如何进行零件扫描实践等进行学习。项目二Geomagic Wrap点云处理软件由4个任务组成,掌握该软件的功能及基本操作,对塔型件、幕布遥控器、安全锤的点云进行处理。项目三 Geomagic Design X逆向建模软件由4个任务组成,学习软件的基本操作,对塔型件、幕布遥控器、安全锤模型进行重构。
本教材依托印度鲁班工坊平台,以印度方购买的设备为载体,突出了理论和实践的紧密结合,本着易学、易用的原则编写,强调循序渐进的学习方法,着重突出实用特色,概念、理论取舍得当,够用为度;基本操作环节讲述具体详细,可操作性强,使学生很容易掌握基本技能;内容紧贴技术前沿,将新技术、新工艺、新设备引入教材;尽可能地将知识原理与实际操作相结合,便于学生将书本知识与实践紧密联系起来。
全书共分三个项目。其中项目一由张礼编写,项目二由冯亚萌、孙惠敏编写,项目三由蔡蕾、高菁编写,印度金奈理工学院教师Chithrarth结合印度的实际情况,对教材内容提出了合理化建议。
限于水平有限和时间匆忙,书中定有不少疏漏之处,恳请读者批评指正。

This book is written to expand the cooperation between China and the countries along the line in vocational education,and carry out the program of sharing excellent vocational education fruits with the world initiated and implemented by Tianjin.As an educational form that has the closest connection with manufacturing,vocational education is playing a very important role.According to the cooperation intention of jointly building Luban Workshop,the first batch of Indian training teachers coming to China attended an India Luban Workshop EPIP Teacher Seminar and one-month training in Tianjin.The Luban Workshop built in India promoted the exchange between China and India on vocational education,jointly fostered technical talents of applied technologies that served local economic development in India,and realized sharing of high-quality resources.In order to support the theoretical and practical teaching of the Luban Workshop,promote exchange and cooperation,enhance the international influence of Chinese vocational education,innovate in the mode of international cooperation among vocational schools,and output the excellent vocational education resources of China,the project team wrote this text book of 3D Scanning and Model Reconstruction.
This book uses a project-oriented mission-driven concept,and provides contents combining fundamental knowledge and practical operation of 3D scanning and model reconstruction techniques.Project One.Data Acquisition Technology in Reverse Engineering consists of six missions,focusing on work flows of reverse engineering,use of scanning software system,adjustment of camera parameters,calibration of scanning system,and practice of parts scanning.Project Two.Geomagic Wrap Point Cloud Processing Software consists of four missions,focusing on use and basic operation of this software and point cloud processing of tower-shaped piece,curtain remote control and safety hammer.Project Three.Geomagic Design X Reverse Modeling Software consists of four missions,focusing on interface and basic operation of Geomagic Design X and reconstruction of tower-shaped piece,curtain remote control and safety hammer models.
This book relies on the platform of India Luban Workshop and takes the equipment of the Indian party as a carrier.It emphasizes close combination of theory and practice,and follows the principle of easy learning and easy use.It also emphasizes advance in due order and is characterized by practicality and reasonable selection of concepts and theories.The part on basic operation provides detailed description and high operability so that students can easily master basic skills.It introduces leading technologies,processes and equipment,and integrates knowledge and principles with actual operation as much as possible so that students can master both textbook knowledge and practice.
The whole book consists of three projects,among which Project One is written by Zhang Li,Project Two is written by Feng Yameng and Sun Huimin,and Project Three is written by Cai Lei and Gao Jing.Chithrarth,a teacher of Indian Institute of Technology Madras,provided reasonable suggestions on the contents of this book based on the actual conditions in India.
Due to the limited knowledge of the authors and the short time,there might be omissions in this book.Readers are welcome to bring forward corrective suggestions.
