朱占峰，河南虞城人，1962.9月出生，经济学教授、管理学博士（物流与供应链管理方向）、城市—区域综合发展方向博士后、高级物流管理师、注册高级咨询师、博士生导师、享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。现为宁波工程学院特聘教授，并兼任：教育部物流行业职业教育教学指导委员会委员兼信息化专委会副主任、中国物流学会常务理事、教育部物联网技术应用人才培养认证项目专家委员会委员等。
