本部分规定了水处理及制氢设备和系统的施工技术要求，凡涉及机械安装、管道施工、焊接施工、监测仪表及程序控制等施工技术，应按照国家或行业相关的规定执行。本部分适用于新建、扩建、改建的单机容量为1000MW级及以下火力发电、燃气蒸汽联合循环机组、核电站常规岛及BOP系统、垃圾和生物质能等发电工程的水处理及制氢设备和系统的施工。
