《高校自主招生考试直通车：英语阅读》旨在帮助高中生拓展阅读视野，培养学生阅读兴趣，并帮助学生系统地训练与提高英文阅读能力，从容应对高中阶段最重要的两大考试。

| 關於作者： |
费炯冰，上海师范大学附属中学英语高级教师。2005和2008年度徐汇区骨干教师。曾赴美进修一年，两次赴澳参加校级师生交流。参于编写与新世纪教材配套的《英语新世纪版》听力教程1～5册，多次发表文章于《上海教学研究杂志》和《新民晚报》。教学上严格要求自己，信奉“博采众长，精益求精”，善于激发学生的学习兴趣，相信高中教学对于学生后续学习的影响，“This is the beglnning not the ending.”。2005年获上海市英语新教材青年教师教学展评高中组一等奖；同年10月获全国第四届中学生读后感大赛最佳指导奖；2006年获全国中学生英语能力竞赛最佳指导奖；2007年获徐汇区“岗位能手”。
致力于从学科教学本身研究，注重学生能力和创造性的培养。对自主招生考试、高考等有独特思想和研究，积累一套独特的方法和理念。
