Deborah Katz, JD, PhD, is a head LSAT instructor and teacher trainer, honored in 2007 as the Columbus Teacher of the Year. Deborah has taught with Kaplan since 2002; in 2007, she was selected to participate in the inaugural Kaplan LSAT Summer Intensive Program.
Deborah holds both a J.D. and a Ph.D. from Ohio State University. She is a consultant for the American NewMedia Educational Foundation, where she consults with the education and athletic communities to evaluate NCAA compliance and develop rules, education, programs, and materials. She also serves as an adjunct professor for the Law of Amateur Sports at Capital University Law School.
