內容試閱：
The main entrance area to the building is facing a side
street, while a green and quiet urban oasis has been designed for
the area facing the main street to create a secluded condominium
complex away from the bustling commercial activity. The freely
accessible area in front of the building is not enclosed by a wall.
Looking past the fountains and sculptures, visitors can get a
glimpse of the interior area. However, different layers of walls
and low, extended canopies in a vertical and horizontal, stair-like
formation create a spatial layout that is reminiscent of an
intricate Chinese garden.
本案选择了面向次要道路的一侧作为社区的主入口，而面向主干道的一侧则仅设计了一个宁静的都市绿景回应嘈杂的商业街，也希望能借此成就大隐于市的住宅社区。社区正面为开放式，无围墙设计，透过水池与雕塑，行人从外便可见到社区雅景，但其借层叠的墙与压低的檐，在纵向与横向上的延伸中，达到仿如中国园林的转进与深的视觉效果。
We employ a recreational design concept that focuses on leisure
activities in a setting of water, courtyard, pond and interesting
views. The contrasting materials create visual highlights that add
fascinating optical effects to the serene environment.
为表达闲适的空间意象，设计师利用水、庭、池、景之间的相互关系，营造出一方悠游天地。材料以反差制造亮点,使沉静的空间极具视觉愉悦感。
