黎宏，1966年8月生，湖北省罗田县人。1984年考入武汉大学法学院，1988年获法学学士学位；同年考取本校刑法学专业硕士研究生，1990年提前毕业，攻读本校刑法学专业博士学位。1992年10月赴日本同志社大学留学，1995年获同志社大学法学硕士学位，1996年获武汉大学法学博士学位，1999年获同志社大学法学博士学位。同年9月回国，到清华大学法学院任教。现为清华大学法学院教授，博士生导师，中国法学会刑法学研究会理事。主要著作有：《不作为犯研究》、《单位刑事责任论》、《日本刑法精义》；主要译作有：《刑事政策学》、《刑法总论》、《刑法各论》、《刑法学基础》。
